- This is not a test, you can't get it wrong
- Your answers are private, they will not be shared.
- Just one course a day is the most beneficial way, it gives your brain a chance to process the information, and time to answer the question. But if you want to complete it all in a morning, that's ok. Do what works for you.
- Sit down in a quiet space, just by yourself. Have a cuppa and use a journal to record your thoughts and progress.
- One student recommended asking yourself the question - in the past, how have I used these techniques before? To remind yourself that you are very capable of learning and adapting.
